This just means that I do the design and coding, and you, the client gets to do non technical updates whenever you want. I usually use: Joomla, Moodle, WordPress, Zen Cart and a few others. My rates are reasonable. I usually charge per project. I can do hourly work for $50/hour. This usually applies to smaller projects. I usually finish a site within 2 to 3 weeks. I've completed nearly 50 Joomla based sites! These sites include: Real Estate with live MLS Online Learning, Community Building, Art and Photography, Small Business, eCommerce, non-profit, periodicals, and political.
