Yes. Why?

1. To keep out cursing, badmouthing and other unruly behavior (not that we've seen any so far).
2. To make sure that company's name is the only thing in the title field.
3. To make sure the latitude and longitude are in the correct format to work with Google Maps.
4. To make sure that only sites featuring Joomla developers and included.
5. To make sure claims made about a company are true and accurate.

What kinds of sites are allowed?

JYP is for developers, coders and designers who work with Joomla.

Unfortunately we can't list websites that are built with Joomla, are community sites or are otherwise related to Joomla.

The aim of JYP is to allow people wanting Joomla work done to find a qualified company as quickly as possible. Adding other listings to the site would slow that process down.
